About our Allotments

We are a self managed allotment site, based in the Mumbles. You can find us just off Castle Road. Currently we have 24 plots for growing fruit, vegetables and flowers used by 44 Members.

Our Members elect a management Committee annually to oversee the day to day running of the site.

in addition Members are expected to help with communal maintenance activities.

Like many of the other allotments in the City we experience high demand for plots. For general enquires or if you live in the Mumbles area and are interested in becoming a tenant our Society can be contacted via the contact form

About Us

Acre Field Allotment (Mumbles) Ltd was established in February 2020 using the NAS model rulesand is registered under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014.

The purpose of our Society is to :-

Promote allotment gardening as a community resource, encouraging participation and membership.
Further the interests of members with regard to the proper cultivation, good management and safe enjoyment of the allotments.
